Returns, Refunds & Other Issues
If you change your mind about some or all of your order, you may cancel your order up to and including 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your order. All the bottles should be unopened and intact and the wine is in its original packaging. Start the process by emailing us - firstname.lastname@example.org
If you wish to return your order you can send back using any postal service. Please note - you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us - remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.
If you are unhappy with your order in anyway then please get in touch initially at email@example.com. We will review the issue and if we agree that you are entitled to a refund we will transfer back to your original payment card on the same day.
For local deliveries we will ensure that your wine is personally delivered intact. For wider deliveries our courier will not deliver broken bottles, wet boxes etc and will inform us before the delivery gets to you. Then we will sort, we promise!
