This Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, fresh white with flavours of cut grass, lime and gooseberry. A fabulous aromatic wine, fresh on the nose with flavours of citrus fruit combined with blackcurrant leaf aromas. A strict selection process results in an exceptional cuvee in limited quantities. The ageing on fine lees until bottling gives good balance, complexity and roundness to the wine. Zesty, zingy and refreshing.
